El hemangiopericitoma maligno es un tumor raro, típico del adulto y originado a partir de los pericitos de Zimmerman. Representa el 1 % de los tumores vasculares y puede localizarse en casi todas las regiones anatómicas. Su comportamiento biológico puede ser benigno o maligno y las recidivas y metástasis no son raros. El diagnóstico, pronóstico y la conducta son aún controversiales. Se presenta un caso clínico de una paciente con hemangiopericitoma de localización partes blandas en región inguinal izquierda, discutiendo técnica de resección y de reparación del defecto en pared abdominal posterior a la extirpación quirúrgica del mismo, el cual se realizó con doble malla y transposición de músculos sartorio y recto abdominal.
The malignant hemangiopericytoma is a rare tumor of the adult; his originate on the Zimmerman pericitos and represent about 1 % of all vascular tumors. It could be located in all most all part of the body and his course could be benign or malignant with frequent recurrences and metastases. The prognosis, the diagnostic and therapy are still controversial. We present a thief of a patient with hemangiopericytoma of soft tissue localization in the left inguinal region, we discussing the technique of resection and repair of the abdominal wall defect after the surgical removal of the same, which was performed with double mesh and the transposition of the Sartorius muscle and rectus abdominal.
